Living space

River Rock Studio workshops are held at an exclusive private facility with shared or single accommodation. Each room has a private bathroom. There is a well equipped communal kitchen and comfortable living areas. River Rock Studio stocks the kitchen with staples, teas, coffee and provides a snack each day. The spacious, well-lit studio areas are available to on-site participants on a 24 hr. basis. A limit of only 12 artists allows for individual focus, and encourages creative group dynamics.

The daily room rates are as follows:
Single: $98.00 cdn. *
Shared: $78.00 cdn./person *

Studio Space

With a wall of north-facing windows two stories high and large open layout, the main studio space of River Rock Studio is perfect for a wide range of artistic activities. The adjacent studio space has excellent natural light as well. Both studios are also well lit artificially for painting to all hours.
